Teamleiter Instandhaltung Elektrotechnik 100% (m/w/d) ##

Als Teil unseres Instandhaltungs- und Automatisierungsteams sorgen Sie für die hohe Verfügbarkeit unserer modernen Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von innovativen und nachhaltigen Faserzement Produkten.

Hauptaufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Teams von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden inklusive Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Leistungsfähigkeit der Produktionsanlagen
  • Koordination von Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung
  • Betreuung von SPS-, Automatisierungs-, Antriebs-, Mess- und Regeltechnik
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Koordination von internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und KVP-Massnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Sicherheitsstandards und technischen Dokumentation

Voraussetzungen ##

  • Ausbildung als Automatiker/in oder Elektroinstallateur/in mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und Fachkenntnissen
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in industrieller Elektrotechnik und Instandhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in Automation und SPS
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Verhandlungspartnern
  • Dokumentenmanagementsysteme DMS sowie Pflege der relevanten KPI-s
  • KAIZEN / KVP Kenntnisse
