Eingebettet in unserem Production & Logistics Center übernimmt das Logistik-Team eine Schlüsselrolle in der Transformation hin zu einer stärker automatisierten, digital vernetzten Kistler Smart Factory.

Votre journée type ##

  • Führung & Entwicklung:  Du führst dein Team (15 Direct Reports) anhand von Kennzahlen, entwickelst Mitarbeitende und stellst die Erreichung von Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitszielen sicher
  • Operative Verantwortung: Du steuerst, verantwortest und unterstützt aktiv im Tagesgeschäft den Materialfluss vom Wareneingang über die Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Produktionsteileversorgung (inkl. Kanban, Milk-Run) bis hin zur Entsorgungslogistik 
  • Smart Factory & KVP: Du gestaltest die digitale Transformation in Richtung Smart Factory aktiv mit, treibst Optimierungen und SAP-Prozesse (MM, WM, PP, EWM) voran und lebst einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (Focus & Simplicity)
  • Sicherheit & Qualität: Du stellst die Einhaltung aller Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Gefahrstoffhandling sicher und packst bei Engpässen oder Inventuren auch operativ im Team mit an
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Als Bindeglied arbeitest du eng mit der Produktion sowie internen Bereichen zusammen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und reibungslose Abläufe zu garantieren

Votre profil ##

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fach- und Führungskraft für Lagerlogistik (oder gleichwertig) und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Intralogistik mit hoher Führungsspanne in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit
  • Führungs- & Teamstärke: Du überzeugst durch "Leading by example", eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungskraft sowie ein starkes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Arbeitsweise: Deine Hands-on-Mentalität, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen zeichnen dich aus
  • SAP-Know-how: Du bewegst dich routiniert in logistikrelevanten SAP-Transaktionen (Module SD, MM, WM, PP); idealerweise bringst du zudem Erfahrung mit SAP-EWM mit
  • Praktische Qualifikationen: Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie einen gültigen Staplerführerausweis (Ausweis I)
