Als Teamleiter Klimatisieren Region Nordwest\-Mittelland übernimmst du die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Führung unserer Servicetechniker im Bereich Klimatisieren. Du bist die zentrale technische Ansprechperson für dein Team, unterstützt bei anspruchsvollen Servicefällen und Projekten und stellst eine hohe Ausführungsqualität sicher. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Serviceorganisation, dem Vertrieb und weiteren internen Fachbereichen zusammen. Arbeitsort ist Münsingen oder Rothrist.

Deine Hauptaufgaben Als Techn. Verkaufsberater

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Servicetechniker Klimatisieren in der Region Nordwest\-Mittelland
  • Technische Unterstützung bei komplexen Störungen, Reparaturen, Inbetriebnahmen und anspruchsvollen Servicefällen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Arbeitsqualität, einer vollständigen Dokumentation und einer professionellen Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Begleitung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte von der technischen Lösungsfindung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceorganisation, dem Vertrieb, internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Kälte\-, Klima\-, Gebäude\- oder HLK\-Technik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Klimatisieren oder Kältetechnik sowie fundiertes Fachwissen in Service, Wartung, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einer technischen Serviceorganisation oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerausweis Kategorie B
