Was du bewegst:

- Du führst ein Team von 10–15 Mitarbeitenden und motivierst sie, täglich ihr Bestes zu geben - Die Auftragslage hast du im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Mitarbeitenden am richtigen Ort eingesetzt werden - Du erkennst Potenzial, förderst deine Mitarbeitenden und entwickelst sie gezielt zu Spezialisten weiter Im Tagesgeschäft packst du aktiv mit an und sorgst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf - Qualitätskontrollen gehören zu deinem Alltag und stellen sicher, dass die Ware unseren Qualitätsanforderungen entspricht - Du sorgst für Ordnung im Lager und packst dort mit an, wo dein Team Unterstützung braucht

Weshalb es dir gelingt:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker EFZ und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Kommissionierung mit
  • Den Staplerausweis hast du in der Tasche und setzt ihn sicher im Arbeitsalltag ein
  • In Deutsch bist du sattelfest – mündlich wie schriftlich
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, genau sowie strukturiert und findest dich schnell in neue Aufgaben ein
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen bleibst du belastbar und behältst den Überblick
  • Du bist flexibel und stellst dich auf unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten ein
  • Als teamorientierte Persönlichkeit bringst du erste Führungserfahrung mit oder hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
