Ihre Aufgaben: In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie die fachliche Leitung eines Teams von zirka zehn Mitarbeitenden und stellen eine termingerechte sowie qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung der Aufgaben in der Kundenbuchhaltung sicher. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Koordination, Delegation und Qualitätssicherung der täglichen Arbeiten. Sie begleiten und unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeitenden im Arbeitsalltag, fördern den fachlichen Austausch und stellen durch das Vier-Augen-Prinzip sowie einen reibungslosen Wissenstransfer eine hohe Arbeitsqualität sicher.   Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, eine erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter im Rechnungswesen oder Sie befinden sich in der Ausbildung zum Fachmann in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Des Weiteren bringen Sie fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Führungserfahrung mit. Sie sind eine kommunikative, verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Führung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden. Erfahrung in der Arbeitsagogik oder die Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten strukturiert und flexibel, verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau Muttersprache oder C2) sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse. Anwenderkenntnisse in ABACUS und Bexio sind von Vorteil.
