Unser Kunde sucht eine engagierte und aufgeschlossene Führungspersönlichkeit, um das Exportteam zu leiten und zu motivieren.

Aufgaben ###

  • fachliches führen und motivieren des Luftfracht Export Teams
  • operative Mitarbeit und Abwicklung von Luftfracht Sendungen
  • weiterentwickeln und ausbauen der Export-Geschäfts (Verkauf)
  • sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • einhalten und prüfen der internen Arbeitsprozesse
  • intensive Betreuung der Key Account Kunden
  • unterstützen der Geschäfts- und Bereichsleitung
  • bearbeiten von Reklamationen

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Speditionsumfeld
  • mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export
  • nachweisbare Führungserfahrung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann im Bereich Luftfracht

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s gut
