Als moderner Campus im Raum Basel behandeln unsere hoch spezialisierten Teams komplexe Krankheitsbilder nach den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen.

Verantwortung übernehmen, Mitarbeitende fördern und gemeinsam die Patientenversorgung weiterentwickeln.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

- Leitung und Begleitung eines Pflegeteams

- Koordination des täglichen Betriebs und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Patientenbetreuung

- Optimierung bestehender Abläufe und aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Strukturen

- Enge Abstimmung mit der Pflegeleitung und dem interprofessionellen Team

Ihr Profil

- Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson

- Führungserfahrung von mindestens zwei Jahren

- Kommunikative und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu begleiten, weiterzuentwickeln und zu motivieren
