Du führst und entwickelst das Process-Engineering-Team für skalierbare Modulmontageprozesse. Dabei verbindest du Teamführung mit praktischer Prozessentwicklung: Du definierst robuste Prozesse, stellst die Fertigbarkeit sicher und begleitest Industrialisierung, Produktionstransfer und Hochlauf. Zudem pflegst du starke Beziehungen zu externen Fertigungspartnern und arbeitest bis zur Serienproduktion eng mit R\&D, Quality und Supply Chain zusammen.

* Führe und entwickle ein Process-Engineering-Team für Modulmontageprozesse * Treibe Industrialisierung, Produktionstransfer, Hochlauf und Optimierung voran * Etabliere und skaliere Fertigungsprozesse mit externen Fertigungspartnern * Entwickle Prozessabläufe, führe Prozess-FMEAs durch und qualifiziere Prozesse

* Eine Verbindung von Teamführung und aktiver Mitarbeit im Process Engineering * Die Chance, Modulmontageprozesse von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienproduktion zu gestalten * Definiere Prozessstandards, treibe fertigungsgerechtes Design voran und etabliere Best Practices * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R\&D, Quality, Supply Chain und Fertigungspartnern

**Das bringst du mit**

* Studium in Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar * Fliessendes Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2 * Erfahrung im Process Engineering und mit Auftragsfertigern sowie externen Lieferanten * Führungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Komplexität zu meistern und klar zu kommunizieren
