Unsere Kund:innen erwarten Qualität, Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit und genau hier leistest du mit deinen vier Mitarbeitenden einen entscheidenden Beitrag. \*\*Deine Aufgaben:\*\* Du führst die Produktionsqualität inklusive Wareneingangskontrollen und stellst sicher, dass Mitarbeitende, Ressourcen und Prozesse optimal zusammenspielen, um Produktions\\- und Qualitätsziele zuverlässig zu erreichen. Dabei übernimmst du die fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden und verankerst eine praxisnahe, gelebte Qualitätskultur in der Produktion. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team hinterfragst du bestehende Abläufe und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran, um Qualität, Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit nachhaltig zu steigern. Du setzt gezielt Impulse und begleitest die Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen mit Konsequenz und Augenmass. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Produktionsqualität leitest du Korrektur\\- und Präventionsmassnahmen auf Basis fundierter Ursachenanalysen ein. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette stellst du sicher, dass Qualitätsabweichungen frühzeitig erkannt, verstanden und nachhaltig behoben werden. Darüber hinaus vertrittst du die Produktionsqualität gegenüber internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen und wirkst als Botschafter:in aktiv daran mit, die Qualitätskultur im gesamten Unternehmen weiter zu stärken und im Alltag erlebbar zu machen. \*\*Dein Profil:\*\* \* Technische Grundausbildung (z.B. Polymechaniker:in, Produktionsmechaniker:in oder vergleichbar) oder Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder Qualitätsmanagement \* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion und im Qualitätsmanagement \* Erfahrung in der personellen und/oder fachlichen Führung eines Teams \* Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z.B.
