Für unsere Produktionsabteilung suchen wir aufgrund interner Weiterentwicklung einen Teamleiter Prozesstechnik 100% (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb und Lernenden als Anlagenführer EFZ und Kunststofftechnologen EFZ (Teamgrösse \+15 Personen) Koordination und Planung des zugeteilten Personals in Absprache mit dem Produktionsplaner Überwachung der Produktqualität und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts\- und Terminvorgaben Optimierung bestehender Abläufe und Prozesse (von Vorteil Erfahrung im Lean / Kaizen) Koordination von Störungsbehebungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktion Stellvertretung des Produktionsleiters Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Beispiel Industriemeister, Prozesstechniker HF oder vergleichsweiser Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie, idealerweise in der Kunststoffverarbeitung / Prozesstechnik Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten und Organisationstalent Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbständige, engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit Freude und Begeisterung sein Team zu führen, zu fordern, zu motivieren und zu begleiten Das bieten wir dir Täglich eine neue Herausforderung in einem dynamischen, hochautomatisierten und modernen Umfeld Offene und innovative Unternehmungskultur Interne sowie externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Flache Hierarchien und schnelle Entscheidungen Aufgabengebiet mit viel Raum für Eigenverantwortung und selbständiges Arbeiten Ein hochmotiviertes und dynamisches Team begegnet dir mit viel Drive – bei uns gibt es keinen Alltag.
