Für unseren Kunden in der Region Luzern suchen wir Teamleiter Prozesstechnik 100% (m/w/d) Gestalte die Produktion von morgen mit Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Know-how und möchtest in einem modernen, hochautomatisierten Produktionsumfeld Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann erwartet dich eine spannende Herausforderung mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, einem starken Team und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.  

Deine Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einen Produktionsbereich und führst dein Team mit Engagement und Weitblick.

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von über 15 Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb sowie von Lernenden (Anlagenführer EFZ und Kunststofftechnologen EFZ)
  • Einsatzplanung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität sowie der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Ressourcen
  • Analyse und Koordination bei Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung der Produktion
  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Produktionsleiters

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Prozesstechniker HF, Industriemeister oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise in der Kunststoffverarbeitung oder Prozesstechnik
  • Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und erfolgreich zu begleiten
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lean Management, Kaizen oder kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Teamarbeit
