  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Wareneingangs und der QS-Produktion am Standort
  • Abstimmungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten (Abnahmen, Spezifikationen etc.)
  • Erhebung, Zusammenfassung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen
  • Durchführung von internen Audits und Teilnahme / Moderation an FMEAs
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von QS-Aktivitäten (Messen, analysieren, dokumentieren)
  • Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von gelenkten Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen in Prozess- und Qualitätsfragen
  • Mitwirken / Führen von Untersuchungen in technischen Belangen
  • Stellvertretung des Q-Abteilungsleiters

 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister/HF (m/w/d) mit Fertigungsbezug
  • Qualifikation als Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d), Qualitätsbeauftragter (m/w/d) oder Auditor (m/w/d), beispielsweise nach der Norm ISO 9001
  • Nachweisbare Praxis in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern und Teams als Führungskraft (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Rolle in der Qualitätssicherung innerhalb eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
  • Fundierte Praxis in der direkten und professionellen Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität beim eigenständigen Nutzen, Analysieren und Dokumentieren gängiger Mess- und Prüfmittel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Problemlösungstools (z. B. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) sowie mit ERP-, CAQ- und DMS-Systemen
  • Agieren als interner Berater (m/w/d) für Fachabteilungen, KPI-Analyse fürs Management sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
