In dieser Funktion verbinden Sie technische Expertise mit Führungsverantwortung und gestalten sowohl die tägliche Zusammenarbeit als auch die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur aktiv mit.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von System Engineers und Infrastruktur-Spezialisten
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Zielvereinbarungen und Entwicklungsmassnahmen
  • Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der Virtualisierungs- und Server-Infrastruktur
  • Technische Verantwortung für VMware- bzw. vergleichbare Virtualisierungsplattformen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Server-, Storage-, Backup- und Datacenter-Umgebungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten und technologischen Migrationen
  • Optimierung von Monitoring, Automatisierung, Verfügbarkeit und Performance
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Problemstellungen und Eskalationen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der technischen Infrastrukturstrategie
  • Planung von Lifecycle-, Modernisierungs- und Migrationsprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Cloud, Netzwerk, Security, Workplace und Service Management
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Investitionsentscheiden
  • Präsentation technischer Konzepte gegenüber Management und Kunden

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Virtualisierung und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in VMware vSphere und idealerweise weiteren Virtualisierungsplattformen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und gute Kenntnisse im Linux-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Storage, Backup, Monitoring und Datacenter-Infrastrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Technologien, insbesondere Microsoft Azure, von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit PowerShell, Automation und Infrastructure-as-Code von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer fachlichen oder personellen Führungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen mit Business-Anforderungen zu verbinden
  • Entscheidungsfreudige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
