Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von Servicetechnikern sowie Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden im operativen Einsatz
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Schulungen für neue und bestehende Mitarbeitende
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Vorgaben in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität
  • Unterstützung interner Fachbereiche bei technischen Fragestellungen und komplexeren Problemstellungen
  • Koordination organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Durchführung eigener technischer Serviceeinsätze vor Ort

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Technische Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist ein grosses Plus
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Service oder Aussendienst
  • Bewilligung nach NIV Art. 15 ist idealerweise vorhanden
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder personellen Führung von Mitarbeitenden ist wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben sinnvoll zu priorisieren
  • Unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise verbunden mit einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer vielseitigen Funktion, die Personalführung, technische Aufgaben und administrative Tätigkeiten miteinander verbindet
