Arbeitsort: Zürich (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Du führst ein cross-funktionales Team, das Frontend-, Backend- und ML-Themen rund um redaktionelle Inhalte verantwortet, und trägst die Verantwortung für Zusammenarbeit und Produktentwicklung. Du arbeitest zu einem wesentlichen Teil hands-on mit, entwickelst skalierbare Features und wirkst bei architektonischen Entscheidungen mit. Du unterstützt den sinnvollen Einsatz von Verhaltensdaten und ML-Modellen und erreichst über Recommender Systems eine personalisierte Ausspielung von Inhalten. Du bist Sparringpartner für Product Owner, UX Designer, Data Analysts, Data Scientists und Software-Architekten und übersetzt technische Themen verständlich. Du treibst Themen voran, hältst Stakeholder auf dem Laufenden und bist Bindeglied zum Head of Engineering. Du verantwortest die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und schaffst ein motivierendes Umfeld.
