Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams im Bereich Steuerungstechnik - Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen sowie Materialflüssen nach Lean-Prinzipien - Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ einwandfreien Produktion von Steuerungsanlagen und Komponenten - Verantwortung für die Ausbildung und Begleitung von Lernenden - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, AVOR, Qualitätsmanagement, Entwicklung und weiteren Schnittstellen - Sicherstellung der geltenden Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards - Förderung, Coaching und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Systemtechnik auf Niveau HF /FH oder ähnlich
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Bereits Know-how in der Ausbildung und Betreuung von Lernenden
  • Technisches Verständnis in elektrischen, pneumatischen und mechanischen Bereichen
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, teamorientierte und Eigeninitiative Persönlichkeit mit kooperativem Führungsstil
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
