Teamleiter / Teamleiterin Logistik 100%

Ihre Aufgaben ###

 

  • fachliche und personelle Leitung eines kleinen Logistikteams mit vier Mitarbeitenden und einem Lernenden
  • Organisation, Koordination und laufende Verbesserung der logistischen Abläufe
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der offenen Wareneingänge, Umlagerungen und Kommissionieraufträge
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und vollständigen Kommissionierung im verantworteten Bereich
  • selbstständige Bearbeitung von Aufträgen sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten innerhalb des Zuständigkeitsbereichs
  • aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Umlagerung und Verladung
  • Klärung und Bearbeitung von Differenzen, Schäden und Fehlmengen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmassnahmen
  • enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen und weiteren Abteilungen

 

Ihr Profil ###

 

  • abgeschlossene Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zur Logistikfachfrau / zum Logistikfachmann
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Logistik
  • ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse sowie die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zu denken und zu handeln
  • Freude daran, die Abläufe in einem neuen, teilautomatisierten Hochregallager aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam mit dem Team umzusetzen
  • versierter Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in LFS und SAP sind von Vorteil
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
