Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundendienstes in Wohlen AG suchen wir Sie als aktives Teammitglied und Repräsentant unseres Unternehmens: Teamleiter Technischer Kundendienst (m/w) 100 % Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortung für die Disposition und Auftragsabwicklung bei Service, Reparaturen und Montagen Führung der zugeteilten Servicetechniker Einhalten der Wartungstermine Erstellen von Offerten und Kostenvoranschläge Planung und Durchführung von internen sowie externen Schulungen Technische Abklärungen mit Lieferanten, Verrechnung der Einsätze und Beschaffung der Ersatzteile Aktive Förderung des Firmenimages innerhalb und ausserhalb der Unternehmung Rapport direkt an den Bereichsleiter und operative Unterstützung der anderen Teamleiter im vielseitigen Tagesgeschäft Ihr Profil: Sie sind eine starke Persönlichkeit ab ca. 30 Jahren und bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker oder Disponent und eine Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit Ihre technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im Automobilsektor hilft Ihnen, die technischen Problemstellungen lösungsorientiert zu analysieren Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS\-Office zählen zu Ihren Stärken Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit selbständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise Sie verständigen sich sehr gut auf Deutsch und ösisch in Wort und Schrift Unser Angebot: Interessante, abwechslungsreiche und spannende Tätigkeit Gründliche Einführung in unser vielseitiges Produkteportfolio Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen (z.B.
