Du hast Erfahrung im Outbound-Telemarketing, führst gerne Menschen und behältst auch bei hohem Kampagnenvolumen den Überblick? Für ein dynamisches Telemarketing-Umfeld suchen wir eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, welche ein Team operativ führt, entwickelt und im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt.

AUFGABEN ##

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Telemarketing-Agenten
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Kampagnen- und Tagesvorgaben
  • Steuerung der Teamperformance sowie Überwachung von Quoten und Forecasts
  • Planung und Überwachung der Projektzuteilung und Teambesetzung
  • Durchführung von Coachings, Schulungen und strukturierten Gesprächsanalysen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsvorgaben 
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und operativer Kundenkontakt
  • Laufendes Reporting und Informationsaustausch mit QM und der Leitung Telemarketing

ANFORDERUNGEN ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Outbound-Telemarketing
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Outbound-KPIs und Kampagnenlogik
  • Erfahrung mit Dialer-/Dialogmaster-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Gesprächsanalyse und Coaching
  • Führungsstarke, verlässliche und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Entscheidungsfähigkeit unter Zeitdruck
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
