Was dich erwartet

  • Personelles und fachliches Führen deiner rund sechs Mitarbeitenden sowie aktives Mitarbeiten (ca. 15-20%) in der Fallbearbeitung von Leistungsfällen im Bereich der Unfallversicherung und der Heilungskosten nach UVG
  • Aufbauen, Entwickeln und Fördern eines neu geschaffenen Teams sowie Sicherstellen einer effizienten, termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Fallbearbeitung
  • Zusammenarbeiten und Abstimmen mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen wie dem Rechtsdienst, der Fachführung, BVM, dem CM oder beratenden Ärztinnen und Ärzten
  • Pflegen und Weiterentwickeln nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen durch persönliche und virtuelle Abstimmungen mit Unternehmenskunden

Was du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische oder paramedizinische Grundausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Leistungsmanagement UVG mit fundiertem Fachwissen in der Unfallversicherung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit grosser Freude an der Entwicklung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden sowie an People Management Themen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Englisch
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Machermentalität, Selbstständigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu begeistern und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
