Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams im Bereich Wareneingang/Einlagerung
  • Verantwortung über sämtliche internen und externen Wareneingänge im Bereich Warehouse
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Warenannahme und Entladung sowie die Koordination der Abladestellen
  • Eigenständige Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung, inkl. Initialisierung und Mitgestaltung von kontinuierlichen - Verbesserungsmassnahmen (KVP)
  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Schnittstellen im Zusammenhang mit dem Inbound-Prozess
  • Reporting der relevanten Leistungskennzahlen an die Abteilungsleitung
  • Förderung eines optimalen Reklamationswesens und Betreuung entsprechender Prozesse
  • Regelmässige Durchführung von Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten und Teilprojekten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik zwingend, Weiterbildung zum Logistikfachmann oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation im Bereich Logistik wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet inkl. Führungserfahrung zwingend
  • Routine und fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP-ERP-Systemen (MM/WM) sowie MS-Office zwingend
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von KVP-Massnahmen sowie der Anwendung von Qualitätsmanagementmethoden
  • Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Organisationsfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen, gepaart mit Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
