Die Gruppe verbindet Tradition mit modernster Bau\- und Landtechnik. Mit 1’500 Kolleginnen und Kollegen an 48 Standorten in Deutschland und der Schweiz begleiten wir Menschen beim « und Wachsen».

Für unser Regionalzentrum Regensdorf suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Verstärkung für unser Team als:

Teamleiter Werkstatt Grossbagger 100% (m/w) -----------------------------------------------

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Werkstattteams Grossbagger
  • Ergebnisverantwortlich für Lohnumsatz, Produktivität, Qualität und Effizienz sowie Termineinhaltung
  • Planung und Koordination der Werkstattarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenaufträge
  • Sicherstellung der benötigten Ressourcen wie Mitarbeitende, Werkstattausrüstung und Spezialwerkzeuge
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stellen bezüglich Arbeitsfortschritt, Terminen und Abweichungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts\-, und Endkontrollen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung sowie kontinuierliche Schulung der ihm zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden bei der täglichen Arbeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen innerhalb der AG

Was du für deine Aufgabe mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bau\-, Landmaschinen\- oder LKW\-Mechaniker EFZ
  • Weiterbildung zum Werkstattleiter/Diagnosetechniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Teamorientierung
