Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung nach OR mit Verantwortung für Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagen und Hauptbuch
  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • MWST-Abrechnungen und Finanzberichte erstellen
  • Durchführung von Kontrollen, Kontenabstimmungen und Analysen sowie Bearbeitung der Mehrwert- und Verrechnungssteuer
  • Begleitung von externen Revisionen und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Treuhandstellen und Behörden
  • Fachliche Leitung eines kleinen Teams und Förderung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der ERP- und Finanzsysteme und Übernahme einer beratenden Funktion gegenüber internen Stellen bei buchhalterischen Themen

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Abschluss mit einer Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise auf Stufe Fachausweis
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie sichere Anwendung der Schweizer Rechnungslegung nach OR
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf selbst operativ mitanzupacken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Abacus oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
