  • abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet als Teamleiterin im Middle Office des Bereichs Firmenkunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenberatenden und dem Credit Office bzw. dem Credit Service
  • selbständige Erstellung von Kreditanträgen für KMU- und Immobilienkunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenberatern
  • Erstellung bilateraler Kredit- und Sicherheitsverträge
  • Erstellung von Liegenschaftsbewertungen
  • Situative Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen im Rahmen der Bearbeitung von Kreditanträgen
  • operative und technische Abwicklung der Kreditgeschäfte in den bankinternen Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Kreditprozessen

Davon profitieren wir ##

  • abgeschlossene Banklehre mit Weiterbildung oder Hochschulstudium (Fachhochschule, höhere Fachprüfung, Universität)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche, vorzugsweise im KMU- und im Kreditgeschäft
  • Fachwissen im Hypothekarbereich, Kenntnisse im Grundpfandgeschäft Schweiz und breites Verständnis kommerzieller Kreditprodukte
  • Prompts schreiben ist dir nicht fremd und Machine Learning und AI-Applikationen sind für dich keine Fremdbegriffe, idealerweise bringst du zudem Kenntnisse über das Kernbankensystem Avaloq mit
  • Du hattest bereits Gelegenheit, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und deine leadership skills zu entwickeln und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative mit
