Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Führungskraft übernimmst du die fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für unser Payroll-Team, bestehend aus vier Payroll-Spezialistinnen sowie einer studentischen Mitarbeiterin.
  • Für den gesamten Bereich Payroll am Kispi trägst du die Verantwortung und stellst eine korrekte, termingerechte und gesetzeskonforme Lohnverarbeitung für rund 3'000 Mitarbeitende sicher.
  • Den Jahresabschluss im Bereich Payroll verantwortest du in Zusammenarbeit mit den Finanzen und stellst gleichzeitig die Einhaltung sämtlicher Compliance- und Sozialversicherungsvorgaben sicher.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsthemen und vertrittst das Kispi gegenüber Behörden, Sozialversicherungen und Revisionsstellen.
  • Die kontinuierliche Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Payroll-Prozesse treibst du aktiv voran.
  • Dein Team förderst du fachlich und persönlich, gibst Orientierung und begleitest die individuelle Weiterentwicklung mit Coaching.
  • Als Key User des Lohnsystems Nexus Hospis bist du fachliche Ansprechperson für dein Team und bildest die Schnittstelle zu IT und Systemanbieter.
  • In bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten bringst du dich aktiv ein und wirkst als Mitglied des Führungsteams HR Services an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs mit.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, Sozialversicherungen oder Human Resources (z. B. Sozialversicherungsausweis, Payroll-Diplom)
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Payroll-Verarbeitung, idealerweise in einem grösseren oder Spitalumfeld
  • Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende wertschätzend zu begleiten und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnwesen sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen HR-/Lohnsystemen und MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit relevanten Payrollsystemen (z. B. Polypoint, Hospis, d.3) von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Gespür für Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 110'000 und 124'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
