**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 3--4 HR Rekrutierungspartnerinnen * Verantwortung für eine professionelle und zukunftsorientierte Rekrutierung für beide Kliniken * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Rekrutierungsprozesse sowie Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience * Begleitung und Beratung der Linie entlang des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses -- von der Eröffnung einer Vakanz, Führung der Vorstellungsgespräche und Lohnverhandlung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung * Aktive Mitgestaltung von Rekrutierungs- und Personalmarketingthemen in klinikübergreifenden und gruppenweiten Projekten

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Hochschule, Fachhochschule oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im HR- oder Personalbereich * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der In-house-Personalrekrutierung (Unternehmensseite); Erfahrung ausschliesslich in der Personalvermittlung ist nicht ausreichend * Erste Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen * Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil * Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppe * Motivierende, begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit einem sicheren und professionellen Auftreten * Auch in hektischen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf * Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld und daran, Dinge aktiv mitzugestalten
