Als Teamleiterin oder Teamleiter IMC übernehmen Sie in einem universitären Akutspital in Bern die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Verantwortung für ein Pflegeteam im Intermediate Care Bereich. In einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % verbinden Sie klinische Führung mit direkter Verantwortung für Pflegequalität, Mitarbeitendenentwicklung und funktionierende Abläufe in einem interdisziplinären Akutbereich. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen und richtet sich an erfahrene Pflegefachpersonen, die Führung nicht nur administrativ verstehen, sondern im klinischen Alltag präsent leben.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsaufgabe

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung eines IMC Pflegeteams in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Teamleitungen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden und fachgerechten Pflege im IMC Bereich
  • Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung innerhalb von Shared Governance Strukturen
  • Enge interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn bzw. DGKP
  • Weiterbildung in der Überwachungs- oder Intensivpflege
  • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, eine Führungsausbildung zu absolvieren
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit sowie hohe fachliche, soziale und persönliche Kompetenz
