Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams arbeitest du auf höchstem medizinischem Niveau -- unterstützt durch modernste Technologien wie unsere neue Hybridanlage sowie den DaVinci 5, eines der ersten Systeme seiner Generation in der Schweiz.

Bei uns gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft der hochspezialisierten Medizin mit.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung einer Fachgruppe der Operationspflege mit Schwerpunkt Hybrid, Herz-, Gefäss- und Thoraxchirurgie * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei komplexen herz- und gefässchirurgischen Eingriffen * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner OP-Prozesse, Qualitätsstandards und innovativer Technologien * Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen * Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur sowie Unterstützung der fachlichen Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Ausbildung als Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herzchirurgie, im Hybrid-OP oder einem vergleichbaren hochspezialisierten Umfeld * Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Leadership und Management * Hohe Fach-, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Belastbare, engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Innovation und Veränderung
