Ihr Wirkungsfeld ###

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleiterin und einer weiteren Teamleitung übernehmen Sie die Führung des Ambulatoriums mit 20 Behandlungsplätzen und Rund 28 Mitarbeitenden. Ihre Kernaufgabe ist die Erfüllung des Leis-tungsauftrags und der Zielvorgaben. Als Teamleitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung mehrerer Mitarbeitenden verschiedener Berufsgruppen des Pflegeteams
  • Sie betreuen und pflegen Patientinnen/Patienten und deren Angehörige unter den Gesichtspunkten der patienten- und familienzentrierten Pflege und führen Plasmapheresen, sowie Stammzellsammlungen durch. Die Koordination und Planung der Prozesse im Ambulatorium ergänzen Ihr Aufgabenspektrum
  • Durch Ihre weitsichtige und reflektierende Persönlichkeit wirken Sie aktiv bei verschiedenen Projekten mit und sind massgeblich an deren Umsetzung beteiligt

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung, Führungserfahrung. Bereits gesammelte Erfahrungen im hämatologischen und/oder onkologischen Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind eine belastbare, flexible und handlungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Als initiative Persönlichkeit bringen Sie ein hohes Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsbewussstsein sowie gute Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
  • Ihre vernetzte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise und das Verständnis für komplexe Organisationen kommt Ihnen in der Umsetzung der Aufgabe sehr entgegen
