Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung des Revisorats
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Prüfung von Inventaren, Rechenschaftsberichten und Vermögensrechnungen
  • Beurteilung von Vermögensanlagen sowie Ausarbeitung von Entscheidentwürfen
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen und qualitativ hohen Revisionspraxis
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Arbeitsinstrumenten
  • Beratung von Beistandspersonen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Revision, Treuhand oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz-, Treuhand- oder Revisionsbereich
  • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und vernetztes Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Kenntnisse im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz oder Sozialversicherungsrecht sind von Vorteil
