The posting

Die diagnostische Radiologie im Spital Muri ist ein modern ausgestattetes Zentrum, welches mit neuester Röntgentechnologie arbeitet. Jeden Tag wird mit höchster Qualität für das Wohl unserer Patienten und Patientinnen gesorgt. Sie werden die Teamleitung im Sekretariat der Radiologie, welches aus sechs Mitarbeiterinnen besteht, übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Unterstützen der Mitarbeitenden in fachlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht
  • Erstellen der Dienstplanung vom Sekretariat (PEP)
  • Führen der Jahresgespräche
  • Regelmässiger interdisziplinärer Austausch
  • Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Sicherstellen des Patientenempfangs
  • Beantwortung von telefonischen Anfragen von Patienten und Patientinnen sowie Zuweisern
  • Terminkoordination, Patientenaufnahme und Abwicklung der Untersuchungsformalitäten im RIS-Medavis-System
  • Erledigen diverser administrativer Aufgaben (Postverarbeitung, E-Mail, Patientenanmeldungen, Verarbeitung Befunde, HNET Anfragen/Bildversand, etc.)
  • Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil ###

  • Medizinische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung als Arztsekretärin oder ausgewiesene kaufmännische Berufserfahrung mit Wissen in der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Versierte PC-Kenntnisse
  • Belastbare, teamfähige, flexible und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz
  • Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick

Arbeitszeiten ###

Die betriebliche Normalarbeitszeit beträgt bei einem Vollzeitpensum 42 Stunden pro Woche (ausgenommen Ärzte). Es gilt die Jahresarbeitszeit, welche eine möglichst hohe Flexibilität bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitszeit gewährleistet. Dienstwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit umgesetzt und Teilzeitbeschäftigung ist in vielen Funktionen möglich - auch in Führungspositionen.

Ihr Gehalt versichern wir bei der Pensionskasse Profond ohne Koordinationsabzug (ausgenommen Ärzte). Die Löhne der Ärztinnen und Ärzte sind bei der Vorsorgestiftung VSAO versichert.
