Die Arbeit erfolgt von Montag bis Freitag innerhalb geregelter Tagesarbeitszeiten. Teamleiterin/Teamleiter Sprechstunden Medizin 100% ================================================== ### Ihre Aufgaben \* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der medizinischen Sprechstunden/Sekretariate \* Planung und Organisation der medizinischen Sprechstunden/Sekretariate \* Qualitätssicherung und Projektmitarbeit an interdisziplinären Prozessen \* Schreiben von medizinischen Berichten ab Diktaphon, sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten \* Gegenseitige Vertretung der Teamleitungen des klinischen Betriebes bei Abwesenheiten \* Mithilfe im Team bei Sprechstunden und im ambulanten Labor ### Ihr Profil \* Medizinische Grundausbildung (MPA, MPK, FaGe o. ä.) eventuell mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung \* Einige Jahre Berufs\\- sowie Führungserfahrung in diesem Bereich von Vorteil \* Erfahrung im Optimieren und Anpassen von Prozessen \* Sehr gute PC\\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Navision \\\& KISIM \* Sicheres Beherrschen der medizinischen Terminologie \* Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise \* Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationskompetenzen und Teamfähigkeit \* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ### Ihre Chance Es erwartet Sie nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem modernen und zukunftsgerichteten Spital mit breitem Leistungsspektrum.
