Der Trägerverein Integrationsprojekte St. Gallen TISG erfüllt mit seinen rund 220 Mitarbeitenden im Auftrag aller St. Galler Gemeinden Aufgaben in der Unterbringung, Betreuung und Integration von Flüchtlingen, vorläufig Aufgenommenen und Personen mit Schutzstatus S. Sechs regionale Potenzialabklärungs- und Arbeitsintegrationsstellen (REPAS) unterstützen die kommunalen Sozialämter im Bereich der nachhaltigen Arbeitsmarktintegration von Flüchtlingen, vorläufig Aufgenommenen und Personen mit Schutzstatus S und beraten Unternehmen bei der Arbeitsintegration von Flüchtlingen, vorläufig Aufgenommenen und Personen mit Schutzstatus S. Für eine erfolgreiche Integration arbeiten die REPAS Coaches mit verschiedenen Arbeitsintegrationsmassnahmen.

Für unseren REPAS-Standort in Buchs suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine oder einen

Teamleiterin / Teamleiter und Coach Arbeitsintegration (80-100%) ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung des Teams der REPAS Buchs
  • Durchführung von Potenzialabklärungen mit Flüchtlingen, vorläufig Aufgenommenen und Personen mit Schutzstatus S inklusive ganzheitlicher Erfassung der Lebenssituation
  • Coaching der Klientinnen und Klienten in den verschiedenen Phasen der Arbeitsintegration
  • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen den involvierten Stellen (Sozialämter, Arbeitgeber, Bildungsinstitutionen)
  • Führen der elektronischen Personendossiers
  • Erstellen und Optimieren von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Akquise und Pflege von Arbeitgeberbeziehungen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rahmen der Arbeitsmarktintegration

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Führungs- und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (Arbeitsintegration, Personalberatung, Sozialbereich, Erwachsenenbildung)
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Sozial- und Asylwesens sowie des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes
  • Kompetenzen im interkulturellen Umgang
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, schriftlich wie auch mündlich
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B (inkl. Fahrpraxis mit Schaltgetriebe)
