Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Qualität und Release\-Fähigkeit unserer Software, von der Teststrategie bis zur sicheren und effizienten Auslieferung. Dein Alltag Bei uns erwarten Dich nach einer systematischen Einführung facettenreiche Aufgaben: Leitung Testing End\-to\-End\-Verantwortung für Teststrategie und Quality Assurance Organisation und Durchführung von Einzel\- und Freigabetests von Entwicklungsresultaten Integration automatisierter Tests und Quality Gates sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Continuous Testing Erstellen der Vorgaben, Realisieren und Unterhalt der Testumgebungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Systemtechnik Bug\- und Performance\-Analysen Leitung Release Management Erstellung von auslieferbaren Entwicklungsresultaten (Updates, Nachlieferungen, etc.) für Tests und Freigaben Koordinierung der Bereitstellung, Validierung und Freigabe der Software\-Releases Erstellung von Dokumentation (Release\-Notes, Update\-Beschreibung, Technical Notes) Evaluation und Förderung des Einsatzes moderner Werkzeuge, wie beispielsweise AI, zur Verbesserung der Prozesse im Testing und Release Management Mitarbeiterführung Arbeits\- und Ressourcenplanung, Fachliche Unterstützung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Dein Background Damit Du erfolgreich bei uns starten oder durchstarten kannst, hast Du: Umfassende Berufserfahrung als Software Tester, ISTQB Certified Tester \- Foundation Level (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung) Führungserfahrung Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Affinität und Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse (ERP) Prozess\- und Anwendungskenntnisse im Fachgebiet Finanzen (notwendig u.a. für das Testen von Schnittstellen) Kommunikationsstark (schriftlich und mündlich) Teamgeist, gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit, kreative Lösungsfindung und Eigeninitiative Von Vorteil: ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level (Test Manager oder Test Analyst) Von Vorteil: Gute Kenntnisse im Fachgebiet Systemtechnik (Betriebssysteme, Netzwerk, Hardware) Unsere Benefits Und natürlich bieten wir Dir: flexible Arbeitszeiten, Jahresarbeitszeit und Sabbaticals. einen top modernen Arbeitsplatz. wertvolle Weiterbildungsangebote und gleichwertige Modelle für die Fach\- und Führungskarriere.
