In der Stiftung Tannacker wohnen und arbeiten erwachsene Menschen mit einer kognitiven oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigung. Sie nehmen möglichst kompetent, selbstbestimmt und eigenverantwortlich an normalisierten Lebenssituationen teil. Unserer fachlichen Haltung liegt ein «Teilhabe-Konzept» gemäss UNO-Behindertenrechtskonvention zugrunde. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für eine Wohngruppe am Standort Moosseedorf eine

Teamleitung 70 - 90 %

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe gemäss IVSE im Sozialbereich (Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit). Sie bringen eine Weiterbildung als Teamleiter\*in mit oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren
  • Vorzugsweise bringen sie die Weiterbildung als Praxisausbildner mit oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren
  • Ihnen liegt die Entwicklung von Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung zu grösstmöglicher Teilhabe am Herzen
  • Sie tragen gerne Verantwortung, kommunizieren kompetent und adressatengerecht und verfügen über organisatorisches Geschick
  • Sie bringen die Bereitschaft mit, den Alltagsbetrieb mitzutragen, sowie Abend- und Wochenenddienste zu leisten (keine Pikett- oder geteilten Dienste)

Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Übernahme der Leitung der Wohngruppe mit personeller und fachlicher Führung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teamleitungen, der Bereichsleitung und externen Stellen (Beistandspersonen, Angehörige, Therapeuten, Ärzte usw.)
  • Begleiten und Pflegen von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung basierend auf dem Teilhabe-Konzept, planen und umsetzen der Freizeit- und Feriengestaltung
