Aufgaben

  • Führung und Betreuung des Abrechnungsteams inkl. Personaleinsatzplanung, Aufgabenkoordination und Mitarbeitendenentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten, vollständigen und termingerechten Abrechnung
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Leistungen, Rechnungen, Kostenvoranschlägen und Kostengutsprachen
  • Bearbeitung von Patientenanfragen und Rechnungsbeschwerden
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Präsentation relevanter KPIs und Kennzahlen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Klinik- und Teamleitungen, Empfang, Behandelnden, Finanzen/Controlling, IT, HR sowie externen Partnern

Profil

  • Fundierte Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; min. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in zahnmedizinischen Tarif- und Abrechnungssystemen sowie in der Kalkulation von Kostenvoranschlägen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Prozessgestaltung und Veränderungsmanagement
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Konfliktfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
