Die Institution Lattenberg SpB bietet eine verlässliche und professionelle Betreuung und Begleitung für Kinder und Jugendliche. Insgesamt werden 15 Kinder und Jugendliche auf zwei Wohngruppen in ihrer ganzheitlichen Entwicklung gefördert. Die pädagogische Arbeit basiert auf dem systemisch-lösungsorientierten Ansatz. Dabei stehen die Stärken und Potenziale der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Mittelpunkt. Ziel ist es, in einem vertrauten und sicheren Umfeld ihre Persönlichkeit zu stärken und einen Boden für ihre individuelle Entwicklung zu schaffen.

Auf der Kindergruppe leben acht Kinder im Primarschulalter, während die Jugendgruppe sieben Jugendliche im Alter von 12 bis 18 Jahren umfasst.

Zur Unterstützung auf der Kindergruppe suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine 

Teamleitung ##

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: ###

  • Führen und Begleiten eines 10-köpfigen Teams in fachlicher, organisatorischer und personeller Hinsicht
  • Begleitung im Alltag und Mitgestaltung einer positiven und sicheren Atmosphäre auf der Wohngruppe
  • Fallführung von 8 Kindern
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Zuweisern, Schule und Therapeuten
  • Zusammenarbeit auf Leitungsebene innerhalb der Institution
  • Qualitätssicherung innerhalb des Angebotes

Sie bringen mit: ###

  • Tertiärer Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit
  • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Verantwortung als Teamleitung zu übernehmen (Führungsweiterbildung oder Bereitschaft dazu vorhanden)
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und kreative Problemlösung
  • Neben Bürotagen sind Sie zu unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten bereit (Abend-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste)
  • Sicherheit in Planung, Koordination, Bezugspersonenarbeit und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Fahrausweis Kat. B
