Das kannst du bewegen Fachliche Führung und Betreuung von 3 Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung, dass die Strecke der steilsten Zahnradbahn für die nächsten Jahrzehnte sicher betrieben werden kann Mehrjahresplanung für den Streckenunterhalt Durchführung und Überwachung von Inspektions\-, Wartungs\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an der Strecke und der Umgebung Planung, Leitung und Dokumentation der technischen Betriebs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten Einhaltung der gesetzlichen, technischen und betrieblichen Vorschriften sowie Arbeitsanweisungen Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz im Bahndienst Instruktion von Mitarbeitenden und Dritten bei Arbeiten am Gleis und der Bahn Lokführer Kategorie B60 Führen von Triebfahrzeugen während der Hochsaison zur Erfüllung der Mindestfahrpraxis Das zeichnet dich aus Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung Organisationstalent Technisches Verständnis sowie prozessorientiertes und vernetztes Denken Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Einsätze ausserhalb der Betriebszeiten (Nachts) sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen Sehr gute körperliche Verfassung, Belastbarkeit und Schwindelfreiheit Uneingeschränktes Farbsehvermögen Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau und gute Englischkenntnisse Flexibilität für einen Saisonbetrieb Darauf kannst du dich freuen Mitarbeitererfolgsbeteiligung \- dein Erfolg ist unser Erfolg!
