Das Zentrum Hofgarten in Bellach gehört zu den modernsten Einrichtungen der Region. Mit sechs Wohngruppen, 94 Zimmern und einer Betreuung rund um die Uhr schaffen wir ein Umfeld, in dem sich unsere Bewohnenden wohlfühlen und eine hohe Lebensqualität geniessen.

Dann bist du bei uns im Zentrum Hofgarten genau richtig. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Führung eines Pflegeteams und gestaltest die Pflegequalität sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation aktiv mit.

? Was du bei uns bewirkst

Führung & Organisation Du führst ein Pflegeteam fachlich und personell, planst den Personaleinsatz und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Pflegealltag.

Pflegequalität & -entwicklung Du stellst eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden sicher und entwickelst unsere Pflegeprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Pflegeprozesse & Dokumentation Du verantwortest die Umsetzung und Überwachung der Pflegeprozesse und stellst eine korrekte und vollständige Dokumentation im System Lobos sicher.

Medikamentenmanagement Du sorgst für die fachgerechte Organisation, Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Medikamentenprozesse.

Situationsbeurteilung & Fallführung Du erkennst Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand unserer Bewohnenden frühzeitig und koordinierst die notwendigen Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Fachstellen.

Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit Du förderst eine offene und strukturierte Kommunikation im Team und stellst eine zuverlässige Übergabe- und Rapportkultur sicher.

Tages- & Mitverantwortung im Betrieb Du übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, eine professionelle und gut organisierte Pflege sicherzustellen.
