An unserem Standort in Tägerwilen, eingebettet in der spannenden und vielfältigen Region am Bodensee, stärken wir unseren wichtigen strategischen Pfeiler - das Credit Office. Werde Teil unseres Führungsteams und gestalte die Weiterentwicklung unserer Bank aktiv mit. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende, Kundinnen und Kunden sowie die erfolgreiche Zukunft unseres Kernprozesses.

Was erwartet dich? ##

  • Führung eines Teams aus 8 motivierten und wertvollen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Projektmanagement: Du gestaltest, standardisierst und dokumentierst unsere Kreditprozesse - hin zu einem agilen und modernen Ablauf für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden wie auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
  • Verarbeitung der Kreditgesuche: Beginnend bei der Prüfung der Kreditvorlage bis und mit der Auszahlung des Kreditengagements und digitale Ablage des Kreditdossiers sowie Saldierung von Kreditpositionen, du sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse im Credit Office.
  • Bewirtschaftung der Kreditpositionen: Bearbeitung von Überwachungspendenzen, Baukreditabwicklung und Pflege der Hypothekarstammdaten sind dein Tagesgeschäft.
  • Jahresrechnungen: Erfassung und Analyse sind im jährlichen Turnus zu bearbeiten.
  • Einarbeitung: Wir bieten eine fundierte Einarbeitung durch die Bankleitung und die Möglichkeit zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung in Fach- und Führungsthemen.
  • Spielraum für Ideen und Kreativität: Deiner Vielfalt an Ideen sind keine Grenzen gesetzt, du hast einen starken Vorgesetzten im Rücken, der dich bestärkt und unterstützt.

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • Du bist eine bodenständige Führungspersönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität.
  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Kreditgeschäft einer Schweizer Bank, vorzugsweise innerhalb der Raiffeisen Gruppe.
  • Du konntest dich mit fachlichen oder persönlichen Weiterbildungen (FH, CAS oder MAS in Banking, Betriebsökonomie oder Risk) weiterentwickeln oder hast die Bereitschaft dazu.
  • Dein Denken und Handeln sind dienstleistungsorientiert und unternehmerisch, du bringst Ideen ein und suchst aktiv nach nachhaltigen Lösungen.
  • Selbständige und initiative Arbeitsweise sowie verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln zeichnen dich aus.
