The posting

Herzlich willkommen im Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). Wir erbringen Dienstleistungen im Bereich der sozialen und beruflichen Integration und suchen per 01.12.2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine Teamleitung (80%) . Die Fachstelle akquiriert für verschiedene Programme der Arbeitsintegration Einzeleinsatzplätze und führt Erstgespräche und Coachings durch.  

Sie erwartet bei uns ##

  • Personelle Führung eines Teams (4-6 Mitarbeitende) 
  • Strategische und operative Führung und Entwicklung der Fachstelle in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung 
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und vorausschauende Planung 
  • Coaching von Teilnehmenden (Einzel- + Gruppe)

Sie bringen mit ##

  • Erfahrung in der Führung und im Projektmanagement
  • Coachingausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft und Arbeitsintegration von Vorteil
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität, Organisationstalent, Kontaktfreudigkeit
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute IT- und KI Kenntnisse
