Wir kümmern uns mit Herz und Professionalität um Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung. Wir fördern, unterstützen, betreuen und pflegen. Dazu bieten wir 147 Wohnplätze in verschiedenen Wohnformen sowie 180 Arbeitsplätze an. Zudem stehen 90 Plätze in der Tagesstätte zur Verfügung. Unsere 11 Wohngruppen mit individuellen Schwerpunkten befinden sich in Bülach und Kloten. Für unser Team am Standort Kloten (Graswinkel) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Dein Aufgabenbereich ##

Dein Aufgabenfeld Bei Pigna schaffen wir Lebensräume, in denen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung mit Freude, Würde und Selbstbestimmung leben. In unserer Wohngruppe mit direktem Zugang zum Park begleitest du zwölf erwachsene Bewohnende und führst ein engagiertes, interdisziplinäres Team von zwölf Fachpersonen. Deine Tätigkeiten

Dein Arbeitsalltag ist vielseitig: Du führst dein Team fachlich und persönlich, sorgst für eine individuelle Pflege und Begleitung nach agogischen Grundsätzen und gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinem Team Pflege- und Förderpläne, die den Menschen in seiner Ganzheit sehen. Du planst und koordinierst den Alltag, führst Gespräche mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen, Ärzten und Behörden, organisierst Dienste und leitest Teamsitzungen, in denen Austausch und Entwicklung gefördert werden. Du beteiligst dich aktiv im Teamleitungsgremium und an übergeordneten Prozessen und trägst damit deinen Teil zur Weiterentwicklung des Wohnbereichs bei. Rund ein Drittel deiner Zeit bist du selbst aktiv im Kontakt mit den Bewohnenden - weil du weisst, dass Nähe zur Praxis und echte Begegnung die Grundlage für Qualität und Teamkultur sind.

Das bringst du mit ##

Du bringst eine Ausbildung als Sozialpädagog\*in HF/FH oder Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit und verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen oder in der Langzeitpflege. Vor allem aber macht dir diese Arbeit Sinn und erfüllt dich mit Freude. Führungserfahrung ist Voraussetzung, wichtiger noch ist uns deine Haltung: Empathie, Humor, Offenheit und die Leidenschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere zu motivieren und zu stärken. Du bist belastbar, selbstständig, flexibel und arbeitest gerne im Team. Du lebst eine überzeugende, tragfähige Teamkultur und hast klare Vorgehensweisen um Abläufe und Arbeitsweisen zu optimieren und zu erhalten. Du bist überzeugt, dass gute Zusammenarbeit fachliche und menschliche Kompetenzen vereint und wertschätzt und es gelingt dir, diese Überzeugung in deinem Team zu entfachen.
