Per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson, die Verantwortung übernehmen und die Jugendarbeit im Furttal aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit oder möchtest den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führung machen? Dann bietet dir diese Stelle die Möglichkeit, fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig nah an den Jugendlichen zu arbeiten. Die Plattform Glattal ist Spezialistin für soziale Dienstleistungen und Integration und betreibt vielseitige Angebote in den Bereichen Arbeitsintegration, Jugendarbeit, Wohnen und Beratung. Die Jugendarbeit der Plattform Glattal ist im Jugendtreff, im öffentlichen Raum und in den Gemeinden präsent. Wir schaffen Räume, in denen Jugendliche sich treffen, austauschen und eigene Ideen verwirklichen können. Gemeinsam mit ihnen entwickeln wir Angebote und Projekte und stärken ihre Mitwirkung im Gemeindeleben.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines kleinen Teams von Jugendarbeitenden, insbesondere von Jugendarbeitenden in Ausbildung
  • Planung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Angebote der Jugendarbeit im Furttal
  • Präsenzarbeit im Jugendtreff sowie im öffentlichen Raum
  • Gestaltung und Begleitung von soziokulturellen Projekten und Beteiligungsprozessen mit Jugendlichen
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Behörden, Vereinen und weiteren lokalen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit in internen, lokalen und regionalen Austausch- und Fachgremien
  • Praxisausbildung der beiden Mitarbeitenden vor Ort
  • Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Rahmen der Teamleitung
  • Deine Arbeitszeiten richten sich nach den Angeboten der Jugendarbeit und finden von Mittwoch bis Freitag statt. Bei einzelnen Veranstaltungen sind punktuell auch Einsätze an Wochenendtagen möglich.

Dein Profil ###

  • Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Soziokultureller Animation oder Gemeindeanimation (FH/HF)
  • Berufserfahrung in der offenen und/oder aufsuchenden Jugendarbeit
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder Interesse an einer Leitungsfunktion
  • Selbständige, belastbare und gut organisierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Behörden und lokalen Partnern
  • Routine in administrativen Aufgaben (Berichterstattung, Protokolle, Budgetverantwortung)
  • Kreativität, Humor und Freude an Entwicklungs- und Gestaltungsprozessen
