Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung als Teamleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägte Fach-, Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, in Früh- und Spätdiensten sowie an 1-2 Wochenenden pro Monat mitzuarbeiten (keine Nachtdienste)
  • Rasche Verfügbarkeit von Vorteil

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege (ohne Nachtdienste)
  • Förderung einer wertschätzenden Teamkultur sowie Unterstützung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisation und Koordination des Pflegealltags
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Mitverantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
