Teamleitung Montage Nachtschicht (100%)

Einführung

Du bist nah am Team, packst selbst mit an und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für Spitzenleistungen in der Montage. Mit deinem Führungsverständnis, technischem Know\-how und deinem Blick für Qualität gestaltest du den Erfolg der Nachtschicht von Montagabend bis Samstagmorgen (23:00\-6:00 Uhr) aktiv mit.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung in mehreren Montage\-Gruppen (ca. 15 Personen)
  • Produktives Arbeiten in den Linien, Rüsten, Logistik
  • Verantwortung für Leistung, Qualität und Motivation der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Rückmelden von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Kapazitäts\- und Personaleinsatzplanung in Absprache mit dem Abteilungsleiter
  • Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Funktionstüchtigkeit von Einrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Überwachen der Qualität, Termine und erbrachten Leistungen sowie der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Änderungs\- und Optimierungsarbeiten
  • Durchsetzen von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie Einhalten von Ordnung und Sauberkeit

Erforderliche Fachkenntnisse

  • Technische Berufslehre, idealerweise als Polymechaniker/\-in, Elektromechaniker/\-in oder eine ähnliche technische Ausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Montage
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, ziel\- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau Cl)
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)
  • Sanitätsausbildung oder Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Spass an der Teamarbeit
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Empathie, gepaart mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der aktiven Mitarbeit in der Montage und an Logistikaufgaben
