Im Alters- und Pflegeheim Fläckematte AG in Rotheburg engagieren sich rund 100 Mitarbeitende Tag und Nacht, damit sich die 57 Bewohnenden wohl, sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Dafür arbeiten bei uns Menschen, die mit Herz dabei sind und Freude am Mitgestalten haben. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine 

Teamleitung Pflege 100% oder im Jobsharing 50-60%

Deine Aufgaben

Du führst rund 30 Mitarbeitende und bist gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Bewohnenden eine professionelle, persönliche und hochwertige Pflege erleben. 

  • Führung, Begleitung und Unterstützung deines Teams im Pflegealltag
  • Du behältst bei Dokumentationen und Leistungserfassungen den Überblick
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Du schaust hin, fragst nach uns sprichst Dinge offen an
  • -und wenn du denkst, «das könnte man doch eigentlich anders machen-» wollen wir genau das hören

Das bringst du mit

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung HF, DN II oder FaGe und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie idealerweise Führungserfahrung. Mindestens genauso wichtig ist uns aber, wie du mit Menschen arbeitest und mit neuen Herausforderungen umgehst.

  • Du kommunizierst klar und wertschätzend und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Menschen zu begleiten und ein Team weiterzuentwickeln bereitet dir Freude
  • Du organisierst gerne und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
  • RAI-Erfahrung bzw. Erfahrung als RAI Supervisor/in ist ein Plus
