  • Anerkanntes Diplom im Bereich Pflege / Gesundheitspflege
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit psychisch und physisch beeinträchtigten Menschen in der Langzeitpflege
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Einfühlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Situationen objektiv einzuschätzen und angemessene Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Team- und Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten
