Unser Auftraggeber ist eine etablierte Spitex-Organisation im Kanton Aargau, die mit rund 125 Mitarbeitenden zu den grösseren Anbietern in der Region zählt und ein Einzugsgebiet von ca. 38'500 Einwohnern betreut. Zur Verstärkung des Führungsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleitung Pflege. Deine Aufgaben

- Organisatorische und personelle Führung von rund 20 Teammitarbeitenden

- Überblick und Koordination fachlich komplexer Situationen im Einzugsgebiet

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Fachentwicklung koordinieren und sicherstellen

- Sicherstellung bedarfsgerechter und professioneller Pflege der Klientinnen und Klienten

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teamleitungen und aktive Weiterentwicklung

- Gestaltung konstruktiver Fehler- und Feedbackkultur im Team

- Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH

- Führungserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder sozialen Bereich

- Führungsweiterbildung absolviert oder Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung

- Hohe Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz als Führungspersönlichkeit

- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in Perigon

- Idealerweise Kenntnisse des Spitex-Betriebs
