The posting

Führung zeigt sich im Alltag, nicht im Titel. Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie in einem modernen Pflegeheim in Zürich die Teamleitung und tragen die Verantwortung dafür, dass Abläufe funktionieren, Qualität stimmt und Ihr Team Orientierung hat. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % steuern Sie den Pflegealltag, treffen Entscheidungen und entwickeln Mitarbeitende gezielt weiter. Diese Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Fachliche und personelle Leitung eines Teams mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden und mehreren Lernenden
  • Förderung, Entwicklung und Bindung der Mitarbeitenden im Pflegealltag
  • Selbstständige Einsatzplanung mittels PEP
  • Zuverlässige Dokumentation und Leistungserfassung in easyDOK sowie Erhebung mittels BESA
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung (mehrheitlich Frühdienste) und aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Erste Führungserfahrung im Langzeitbereich oder Motivation, diese Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen, sehenden und blinden Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
