Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von aktuell 5 Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsbereich synthetische Polymerchemie mit tlw. automatisierten Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines sicheren, störungsfreien und effizienten Produktionsbetriebs
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsaufträge
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Analyse und Behebung von Prozessstörungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten, Optimierung der Prozesse auf wachsendes Produktportfolio und steigenden Verkaufszahlen
  • Überwachung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Design Transfer und der Qualitätskontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mindestens Master im Bereich Polymerchemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion in leitender Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Prozesssicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in der Automation PLS-gesteuerter Prozesse
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit inkl. Anwendungen von ERP-Systemen zur Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
  • Erfahrung in Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse Level C1
